Our largest studio and the home to over fifty professionals, our Edmonton studio has served as the core of our practice since 1997. Located in downtown Edmonton, this vibrant and innovative studio is the test bed for our firm’s leading edge design practices and offers Architects and Designers 3-D Printers, Laser Cutters and 3-D Goggles to help explore design ideas. This repurposed 1960s office building boasts an array of solar panels to offset our electricity needs, a living wall with over 100 plants and a community kitchen ran by our in-house chef!
In 2012, as we were completing Calgary’s iconic Emergency Operations Centre, we expanded our Calgary team to take on larger and more diverse Interior Design and Architectural projects across southern Alberta. Located in the downtown core of the city, this fun and creative studio serves our clients in Calgary and southern Alberta.
The most recent addition to our ever-expanding Reimagine family, our Vancouver studio is growing rapidly! This unique studio is integrated with the other Reimagine Studios, to serve Indigenous communities and organizations in the Yukon and in BC. Designing innovative community facilities, learning environments, schools and cultural centres, we reach across the vast territory and serve the many First Nations and Métis communities in this region.
Our Bucharest studio began from a beautiful conversation. Ana-Dora Matei and Alecandru Vasiliu were so inspired by a speech that Principal Vivian Manasc gave at a sustainable design conference in Europe that they approached her afterwards, wanting to learn more. Vivian invited them both to the firm’s Edmonton studio, where they stayed for two years and became knowledgeable in sustainable, cold climate design. In 2016, they returned to Bucharest, where they established Reimagine’s Latitudine53. They now apply their knowledge and architectural talent to designs across Europe and Canada, making it possible for our team to work around the clock on projects from across the globe!
