Master Planning projects range from individual buildings to comprehensive campus masterplans for universities and colleges, and municipal sites. Masterplans include space needs for indoor and outdoor facilities, green space strategies, infrastructure studies, land- and water-use analyses, and sensitive lands analyses. Masterplans completed include the Rossdale Water Treatment site, the Kihciy Askiy Ceremonial Site, the Athabasca University Campus, Northern Lakes College’s multi-Campus masterplan, Métis Crossing Masterplan and the masterplan for the Lubicon Lake Band’s new community, among others. Our holistic Master Planning strategy looks at site design and planning with a multi-functional lens, planning for long-term growth in all areas of a community.
