Tom Sutherland: Manasc Isaac’s Condolences
The Manasc Isaac team was very sad to hear about the tragic passing of fellow architect and community-builder, Tom Sutherland, who was the Managing Principal at DIALOG. Over the years, many of us crossed paths with Tom in a professional capacity, and several of us had the pleasure of getting to know him personally. His positive impact on our community is undeniable, as is his legacy. I knew Tom from even before going to architecture school. He was helping the Edmonton Society for Urban and Architecture Studies and it was this community work that really clinched the idea that I should go to architecture school. I have long admired Tom’s work as an architect and as a community leader. I know he had inspired many clients and colleagues through his work.
Our condolences go out to Tom’s family, friends and anyone whose life was enriched by Tom and his work. He will be very missed.
