Daniel Morley
Intern Architect, AAA
M.Arch, MS.Arch, B.Arch
Hailing from the island of New Providence in the Bahamas, Daniel moved to Calgary to earn a Master of Architecture, attracted by the nearby mountains and generous sunshine. Reimagine welcomed Daniel as part of our Calgary studio crew in 2026.
Two mottos underpin Daniel's work: "You are, therefore I am," and "Leave it better than you found it." These pithy proverbs reflect Daniel's belief that the built environment greatly influences quality of life, and that it’s his responsibility as a global citizen to ensure the spaces he touches contribute positively.
Daniel has worked as a cabinet maker, carpenter, designer/drafter, fabricator, glazier, and tinsmith where he enjoyed moving between paper and physical worlds. He hopes the knowledge gained from past work will amplify his understanding and growth as he focuses more on the design side of his journey.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing, woodworking, drawing, cooking & baking, lifting weights, hiking, and dilly-dallying along the river.
