Architect, AIBC

Rachel Li is a member of Reimagine's Vancouver studio, having previously worked in the Edmonton office as a summer intern whilst completing her Master of Architecture at the University of Toronto. 

Rachel is driven by an interest in how architecture, through both material and immaterial means, can evoke sensory experiences and emotional responses while shaping the built environment and contributing to vibrant communities. She values Reimagine’s collaborative approach to developing ideas from early concepts through to realized spaces. 

Her favourite part of a project is the collaborative design process, where ideas from different disciplines come together and evolve into a coherent design. She finds it rewarding to see how early concepts develop through dialogue and iteration. 

Outside the studio, Rachel enjoys cycling and squash, and draws inspiration from travel and exploring new places.
