Mosaic Takes BUILDEX by Storm

BUILDEX Edmonton attendees were treated to two Mosaic-related presentations this year. On March 17, Manasc Isaac’s Shafraaz Kaba delivered a session on how to apply LEAN principles in design – and how to bring all the key parties in a construction project together. Of course, the Mosaic Centre for Conscious Community and Commerce is an excellent example of this design approach, and was used as a case study.

The next day brought out other members of the Mosaic team, including Jennifer Hancock of Chandos, and Dennis Cuku, Mosaic’s building owner. Together, they delivered the story of how such a groundbreaking project was completed ahead of schedule and on a conventional budget.
