RDC Breaks Ground

The Red Deer College Residence project is officially underway! We were excited to join Marlin Schmidt (Minister of Advanced Education) Morris Flewwelling (RDC Board Chair) and Joel Ward (RDC President & CEO) to break ground on October 19.

This project will raise the bar for student accommodation on campus, offering both innovative units and generous, varied gathering spaces for occupants. Additionally, it will be a pillar of sustainability for Red Deer College; the entire East, South and West faces of the building will be clad in vertical solar panels. Stay tuned for further updates as the Residence emerges!
