To enhance its ability to innovate and develop medicines for unmet medical needs, Gilead Alberta ULC (Underwriters Laboratories of Canada) required a new, high-performance maintenance building to replace its existing facilities on its east campus in the area of Summerside in Edmonton.
The new facility is safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable in its operations. The Gilead Maintenance Building provides space for the projected growth of the company by adding on another storey and another floor of office space. Aesthetically, the Gilead Maintenance Building, along with the other Gilead buildings present on the Hayter road campus, reflects the strength and innovation of the Gilead corporate brand identity.
