Project Sectors
HISTORY
The Leduc Agrivalue Processing Business Incubator (APBI) provides essential resources, services, and networking opportunities to entrepreneurs and grass-roots businesses in the Alberta agriculture industry. The APBI is a multi-tenant enterprise which provides new companies and new business ventures the infrastructure and services to support and enhance the establishment and growth of their businesses. The APBI’s rapid growth was outpacing their physical space. They consulted our team with the vision of expanding and reinvigorating their existing facilities to accommodate new ventures and to help more businesses to grow and connect.
VISION
The expansion of the Leduc APBI will accelerate growth and improve competitiveness, profitability and sustainability in the food processing sector by enhancing capacity and capability of the entire facility thereby improving industry access, client diversity and client solutions.
SAFETY AND FLEXIBILITY
We exercised exceptional care and diligence in our design approach. As the project involves renovations and additions upon an existing site and the functioning of the facility is to remain uninterrupted, the safety and health and occupants is foremost. To this end, we focused on creating a clear and logistical planning and design strategy to anticipate every potential concern and to ensure smooth, secure operations.
