Century Park Central Tower

HISTORY

Century Park is a vibrant and up-and-coming neighbourhood in southern Edmonton. Situated right on the LRT line, this area is growing rapidly and the demand for new spaces for businesses and residents is growing.  Central Tower is a beautiful and integral piece of the ambitious project that we have undertaken to revitalize this area. The Tower, along with our other Century Park projects, will offer hundreds, if not thousands, of new residential and commercial spaces. 

VISION

The new Central Tower offers a gorgeous, practical, and community-centred blueprint for urban, multi-unit residential housing. We designed outside of the box, and outside of the paradigms of the typical apartment building, and focused our design for the Tower around community, connection, and physical and emotional well-being. 

BEAUTIFULLY BUDGET-FRIENDLY

One of the greatest advantages of the Tower--and what makes it so attractive to prospective residents--is that it offers peaceful, well-designed and accessible spaces that are both reasonably priced and centrally-located. Some of the exceptional features of the Tower include a vibrant greenwall in the lobby space, a fitness room, bike storage, a 24/7 concierge, and a community garden. We chose high-efficiency appliances for every unit, and used natural, low-emission products whenever possible. Perhaps the most significant feature of the Tower is its versatility; the units are diverse and flexible, and allow for each resident and family to personalize their space to their own particular needs and preferences.
